acsc1312
DH1 had more effort put into the cinematography than any of the nominees. Sorry, but it's true. I'm just grated it was snubbed from a nomination when it was hands down one of the most beautiful films of the year. You can't say that unless you were there personally during the shooting of each film. It just wasn't enough to get a nom. There were some beautiful moments though.

There were some beautiful moments though. You're right, I can't, but it was visually gorgeous in every manner, moreso than HBP. The montage of the trio on the run + Godric's Hollow should have been enough to achieve a nomination.

Travod
Huh? Neither of you have even seen Dragon Tattoo. Stop talking.I've seen like 10 minutes of footage with shots from probably half of the film.
CoolioD1
I've seen like 10 minutes of footage with shots from probably half of the film. Not good enough. See the whole film or GTFO with that noise.

CoolioD1
Which of your predictions have you seen? Not all of them, of course, but it's just guess work. If I said which one I wanted to win or deserved to win without seeing them all.... that would be stupid.
Impact
Well just be glad its not like best visuals where they only get like 20 minutes worth of footage. (Gee if they did that in every cat, we might as well have something like Prom for best costumes for featuring nice looking prom dresses )

acsc1312
^ Probably the best shot of the entire movie.

Noctis
There are plenty of better shots in the film.
spizzer
That's hardly the best shot
Noctis
Exactly. I don't understand how someone could think that's the best shot of the film. I can easily think of over twenty shots that are better.

acsc1312
Well from my blu ray viewing, that's the best shot because it's the only one that isn't so dark you can barely see.
Impact
So far I think Hugo had the best.
