This was a piss poor excuse to make a sand and sandals blockbuster movie.

 

The movie was so far from the game it doesn't deserve to be called PoP:SoT.

 

I don't recall many wall walks. Or parkour throughout.

 

Gemma was nice eye candy though.

 

Rating : D as a video game adaptation. C+ if it were titled something else.

I actually really enjoyed it... but I never saw it after its initial release. Maybe I should revisit it soon. When I watched it though I would have given it a solid B+.

I really liked this when I first saw it, after a rewatch it's a bit cheesy in parts, but still an enjoyable film B+

Love the movie. Kinda puzzled that it failed to reach great heights. It is an entertaining adventure with fun performances by Jake Gyllenhaal and Gemma Arterton. Superb stunts and score.

 

Immensely re-watchable.
