To me spoilers are revealing anything in the movie that wouldn't be close to general knowledge before going in. Minor spoilers are all over reviews because of that, but I would say that telling somebody Oz goes from Black and White to Color would be a major spoiler because it reveals a pivotal stylistic choice in the movie that is meant to be kept hidden. However it would not be a spoiler to say a movie is well-shot, or has long drawn out shots, because those are equivalent to saying "There is funny dialogue in the movie," or "Jonah Hill gives a good performance that will make you uncomfortable." However it is a spoiler if you say what is going on in that specific shot.

I think to judge if a female character is a good female character is to judge if she is a good character, the same way you would judge if a male character is a good character. All of those extra rules just add complications and buts and what ifs. Just ask, is this character a developed and layered character? Yes or no. If it's a yes then you have a strong female character. A character can be a strong character without kicking ass, without rescuing/not being rescued, etc. A strong character means they are well-thought and created. For example, your typical 80s damsels in distress weren't good characters, therefore they weren't strong female characters. People are looking into this to much, it's really simple to figure out if a female character is a strong character or not, and the key is to take the female/male part out and just look at the character as a character in general.

I use Jeremy Jahns as a judge a lot on a movie's mainstream enjoy ability. He thought Deliver Us From Evil was pretty much a compilation of random jump scares in summation.

I don't know I heard people quoting it, and I checked the RT page and it was rotten. I remember enjoying it quite a bit, which is weird because it's a comedy more of the Sandler-vane and I despise Sandler comedies.

I was thinking lately and I realized something, Nacho Libre might just be one of the most underrated movies in the last 10 years.

She did write and direct Tammy or had a part in it.

I understand why fast had to be delayed and that for TGD delays happen, but still if this summer had kept its original line up we could have had a decent summer. I mean the summers been pretty bad so far but the July wasteland is about to hit pretty soon with only Apes poised to do decently.

Stuff like this is why I am concerned with the growing importance of the Chinese market. I'm terrified of all the movies getting dumbed down to pander to the TF going audience.

Most likely Guardians will rule, TMNT will do decent business and the rest will bomb.
