Quite a haul for Catching Fire!Given that it opened lower than Thor 2, but with more wide releases in the upcoming weeks, I think this'll end with around 6.5 million.

I am so excited for this news.It's a great win-win scenario for both parties; Marvel gets to expand their properties, while Netflix gains exclusive new shows which are sure to attract a huge number of new subscribers.2015 will be a great year for Marvel; Avengers 2, Edgar Wright's Ant-Man, and now some (hopefully) great new series! -

Thor: The Dark WorldAyala Cebu Cinemas, PhilippinesOctober 30, 2013, 1:50 pm, 85% full.Trailers & crowd reactions:Robocop (some interest, surprise)Delivery man (some laughs)Need for speed ( WTF/ they're making a movie of this? reaction)Frozen (laughs)Captain America: The winter soldier (ooh's and aah's, definite excitement)Really enjoyed the movie. Great spectacle, visuals, action, and humor. Definitely better than the first film and one of my top 3 Marvel Studios offerings.Stay after the movie as there are 2 revealing credits scenes.

I used to think 350 million was doable, but I'm more thinking it'll do around 310 million.
