The majority of Nostalgic adults had their fill.And judging by what my kids tell me (aged 6-9), kids don't know the Muppets as well as any of the cameos, and in their own words "puppets are for little kids" (I think they mean toddlers, but it was still odd)EDIT: WillECoyotes post on the Muppet topic pretty sums up my thoughts on the situation

Yeah, but I remember when those kind of shows use to RULE television. Apart from TBBT, TAAHM, HIMYM (ending), and Dads (dreadful, cancelled), it seems like the whole thing has gone away, there used to be tons of them on, and they used to be good too.

Does anyone know who The Muppets are meant to appeal to?I didn't grow up with The Muppets, but I've seen quite a bit of their stuff in the past 2 year and frankly I don't know if it was always for kids or is there meant to be some appeal for adults outside of Celebrity Cameos (which just seems lazy), it was just weird, all the jokes were pretty much the same (and very basic) and the stuff I watched spanned 30 years. Much like Laugh-Track-Sitcoms, I just think the Muppets style of humor doesn't work in this day and age.Is it one of those deals where The Muppets now only appeal to fans who remember them far too fondly? Is it time to lock up The Muppets for good, or reduce them down to annual TV specials and cameos?

I don't know if the second one got better but the first movie was first time my kid decided to walk out of a movie. I was so proud.EDIT: How many comic book franchise reboots have there been now?

I watched it again in HD on a 46 inch TV. It was possibly the most disappointing film experience ever. You either watch it on the big screen or you don't, because if you watch it at home the films flaws become much more apparent.
