  1. Still, this is more VFX-centric than almost all of the movies listed. It’s also larger in scale than something like Goosebumps 2. I still think it’ll make its date, but a delay still wouldn’t surprise me.
  2. Also from the article LMAO DC really trying to scrub clean all their 2016 shit.
  3. A couple days back, Dwanta Claus mentioned that they would start shooting next month Don't know if they meant early February, or a literal month tho. Either way, even with how fast Sony usually is from filming to release, a delay is still very much possible.
  4. Already have a thread for that. https://forums.boxofficetheory.com/topic/26244-in-the-heights-l-warner-bros-l-june-26-2020-l-anthony-ramos-and-rita-moreno-star-l-jon-chu-directs-l-based-on-the-lin-manuel-miranda-musical/
  5. I was one of the few brave souls who endured Life Itself. And I can ensure you that Oscar Isaac, even as a douchebag asshole, was one of the few things that could be considered tolerable and entertaining. I barely know anything about Dune, but I do know that the dude's got talent and charisma, and he's working with better source material and a director whose delivered great performances out of actors before. He'll be fine. Same thing here can be applied to Zendaya.
  6. The time it takes for Jeff Bezos to sneeze has him earning a trillion dollars. Amazon's got the coin.

  9. Wow, you like Trump Prophecy? More like That Racist Guy smdh
  10. The funniest thing was how one of them (you can probably figure out which one) was arguing about how Second Act was going to have Greatest Showman legs and make like 170M or something. But even with this only making like 40M, they're still trying to spin this as a massive success and saying stuff like "It managed to beat Holmes and Watson. STUNNING" or "Only the big tentpole movies made more. If this had a 100M budget, it would've made even more money. J-Lo's a true draw". Like obviously this is still successful, but...really?

  12. Finally ended its run. Domestic: $213,515,506 24.9% + Foreign: $642,299,427 75.1% = Worldwide: $855,814,933 Domestic Summary Opening Weekend: $80,255,756 (#1 rank, 4,250 theaters, $18,884 average) % of Total Gross: 37.6% > View All 15 Weekends Widest Release: 4,250 theaters Close Date: January 24, 2019 In Release: 112 days / 16 weeks Its domestic number was only around $250K less than Solo. So at least the latter can still claim the top 10, at least until BoRhap comes around.
