Maybe we should all stop assuming audience reaction before the movie even comes out. Can we try that? It's utterly pointless to speculate on that part, particularly given the dubiousness of Cinemascore.
It's quite dumb that TS4 is being considered a disappointment. Literally the only reason for the sky high expectations was good reviews, despite us all knowing that good reviews don't improve squat half the time.
Methinks the time travel rumors are true if the budget is that big. Lot of money needed for period detail (or who knows, maybe even futuristic detail) knowing how Nolan likes practical.
Maybe it's just me but this trailer reminded me why it was always a bad idea to try to follow up Kubrick's film. From the first few shots in the trailer you can tell this is going to pale in comparison, even if it's good.
If you've been following this shit long enough you realize it happens about every other summer. Summer is May through August. Two to three weeks does not a bad summer make. If July stumbles then...yeah, it'll be a bad summer.
