  1. Tempting. But Warcraft fucked me over enough that I have to wait for my ID:R bets to clear before I take on much more risk. I might get back to you though.
  2. Technically the title is "Lesser Known or Under-Appreciated" films not "Watch This Film You've Heard of and Know is Great But Haven't Gotten Around To It Yet, You Heathens."
  3. The presence of this (and Forbidden Planet for that matter since I don't think it is all that unknown or under-appreciated) raises my hopes that we might see something involving a certain "Marxist" comedy team on this list at some point.
  4. I bet that Finding Dory sets the all time animation DOM OW record (unadjust) (i.e. FD does more than $121,629,270 this weekend) - 1 person, 100 points.
  5. So is the sequel to Tucker the one where Ford buys out Tucker's studio company and goes on to make the most popular film car in the US market?
  6. I know, right? This is also one of those films where it is actually difficult to talk about why it is so great without spoiling stuff. Luckily, there's things one can talk about. Like that opening? Sets the tone for the entire film. Another scene that is realtively safe to talk about is the glove scene which lead to the fight at the iconic Shakespeare Bridge. Come to think of it, there is plenty on can praise about the film without getting into the plot and its resolution. Perhaps why I like it so much.
  7. YEEEEEEEAAAAAAASSSSSSS!!!!!!!!! Love love that film. Also one of the type of films that is enhanced on re-watch. I won't say why (), but, yes. Glorious. Robin Williams alone might be worth price of admission.
  8. Well there is a Cronenberg film that IS fairly obscure/unknown nowadays that I am thinking of. We'll see if it appears or not.
  9. BTW, if I guessed that there will be at least one other Cronenberg film on there, might I be right?
  10. The school year has expanded in the US over the years. From what I recall it used to get out the first or second week of June, but that isn't always the case any more. When I dropped by my local elementary school today to vote, kids were there having their lunch break in the cafeteria. So in Sacramento at least, the "school year" is still in session.
  11. I'll take that. My last Warcarft bet though. Don't want to put myself TOO much at risk.
  12. Breaking Dawn: Part 2 a film so important that it transcends the very concept of a numbered list.
  13. *sees the bookie reeling in his fish again* The Box Office Casino: Come for the bets, stay for the likes.™
  14. Still open! Consider it closed off once Thursday previews are known. Pretty sure that's the standard for OW bets, at least.
