I dunno about lacking context though. The trailers show her as an over worked housewife whose husband doesn't pay her any attention. That is her breaking out and doing something creative, and applauded for it.

I loved Droid Tales, but that was just a brief mini thing. I think Yoda does a special every so often. I kind of separate the Lego shows off into Lego, and don't really associate it Star Wars. Don't like Freemaker though.

No, but was still using Belle as a selling point, so it's loosely a Beauty and the Beast TV show. Course the real TV shows were: Beauty and the Beast (1987) and Beauty and the Beast (2012). Neither were by Disney though.

I need to keep my eyes on this movie, so I don't cry about Kubo's numbers. I'll go watch Seven Samurai and Magnificent 7 in the next few weeks.

Well, speaking as a comic book reader, someone with Superman comics on his pull list. And a decent collection of Superman comics and cartoons. Superman stories may have gotten serious. But Superman never stopped being a boy scout. Only someone who reads frank miller or rich Moore would think Superman ever stopped being a boy scout. Superman readers know he never stopped being that boy scout, superman fans know what he really is. Of course, you've already proven you're not a fan of superman.
