We've been saying this all week and it's just been us talking to ourselves. And anytime we state as such we get labeled a troll and want the movie to fail. Anyone who has been critical of the film's box office has been called a hater. Even though it's honestly just an honest assessment of what's going on with the movie and the movies around it like Deadpool and Zootopia. When we say there's no way WB is happy about this, we get some long winded response about how they're thrilled even though everything that's been said before this film came out was that $1B is the expectation.

That's what I thought but I know people love to hate him so I was wondering how he was perceived in Portugal. But yes Ronaldo coming through has made my day

What Magic is saying is that if JL isn't well received either, then you're not going to know until JL actually comes out so if you're going to make changes after JL comes out, you're putting the people who are working JL2 in the same boat as those who are in JL. At some point in time you have to make a decision of whether you're going to stick with something or keep on rolling, however, if you keep on rolling with something that hasn't been well received there are always going to be consequences down the line. You're not avoiding it. You can run but you can't hide.

I'm talking about their life outside the sport in their ability to function physically on a daily basis. In contrast when someone loses their job because something didn't preform up to par is completely different than someone losing their job because they've been physically hurt. It's like when a fan roots for a coaching staff to get fired...and it happens all the time. I'm not saying it's right but you don't have people comparing the cheering of injury to the cheering of a coaching staff getting fired. I'll admit I don't like Snyder and I don't want him to direct the JL but I'm not here rooting for him to be removed.

I'd say it's more along the lines of rooting for someone to get cut from the team because they cost your team a win. No physical harm is being done here so the injury thing, I think, is a little extreme because you're talking about a person's life outside the sport.
