Sonic the Hedgehog 3 | December 20, 2024
Blaze Heatnix replied to Eric Duncan's topic in Box Office Discussion
Someone, please give this Hedgehog a gun... -
I've just watched it and I was very disappointed. There's no context or explanation about anything. Things happen and just keep happening because they have to happen. I felt nothing during the finale. Sure, the sound was really good ( I'll give that ) but everything else was basically just anything else. This movie is called Civil War but it refuses to focus on Civil War. It's really weird. Acting wasn't bad , but none of the characters matter in my view. That ending was so pathetic. I actually liked The Hunt ( 2020 ) much more than that.

Civil War | A24 | Alex Garland action thriller | 04/12/2024

Like most of A24 movies, a bad CinemaScore should be expected. I hope to be wrong this time, though. Gonna be watching this one in the next hours. So, let's see what happens. -
Civil War | A24 | Alex Garland action thriller | 04/12/2024

So, does the trailer sell the real movie or is it misleading? I want to see a movie about Civil War, but some are claiming this flick . Is that real? Anyway, for thosewho watched it already, any prediction on the CinemaScore? Garland's previous movies got very bad CinemaScores, so is this gonna do better in that regard? -
Final Destination: Bloodlines | 2025
Blaze Heatnix replied to Taylor's topic in Box Office Discussion
The movie is called Final Destination. It's quite obvious that the Final Destination is Death. You can't escape death. When a character doesn't die or survive a movie, that just happened because it wasn't her/his time to die. The whole thing is obvious. You can't cheat death, because death always comes and nobody lives forever. The only thing that needs explanation ( imo ) is why the characters have visions and what's the point of these visions. If they're always meant to die, then what's the point other than Death itself toying with them? lol -
Madame Web (2024)
Blaze Heatnix replied to Eric Duncan's topic in Review That Movie! (Spoilers Allowed)
Wow, that movie was really something! lol I've never laughed as much as I did with a movie, in years. How many dutch angles are in the movie? I stopped counting them. The last time I had that feeling, was during a screening for Battlefield Earth! XD -
Madame Web (2024)

Absolutely! You don't need to see the future to know you'll waste your hard earned money with a mediocre product. Save the money to watch Dune 2 and Godzilla vs Kong 2 -
Madame Web (2024)
Blaze Heatnix replied to Eric Duncan's topic in Review That Movie! (Spoilers Allowed)
Is there anything to spoil in this movie? I've read thousands of posts basically saying nothing relevant happens at all in the plot. -
I actually went to the theater to watch Fant4stic ( it was discount, though ) and it was the first time that I saw people leaving and insulting a movie so loud. I got scared, but I still paid for it. Anyway, the first act was quite solid ( I was surprised ) and there was some nice plot going on. Acting wasn't bad at all and effects were ok. Problems started when the movie clearly lacked a second act and went straight to the end of a third act with that hilarious fight scene. Fant4stic had a first act, missed a entire second act and only had a half of a third act. It's so crazy, lol. However, it seems Madame Web is a mess just as it starts. So, I'm curious.
