Man on Fire wins on the virtue of American Gangster being three hours long. The call of Roman J. Israel, Esq is strong though.

Watched The Equalizer. Very silly, but still all good. Love that our greatest living actor can make things like this and then go ahead and make things like Roman J. Israel, Esq on the side. Also watched Malcolm X earlier and Denzel is super good in that too. The ending hit me like a ton of bricks. Great stuff.
