  1. I enjoyed this quite a bit. It's behind Midnight In Paris as the best independent film of the summer.
  2. ^I think Tinker Tailor is expanding on Friday.
  3. Imagine what we could've seen if it were R-rated.

  5. http://www.boxofficemojo.com/daily/chart/The Muppets is now ahead of The Darkest Hour!
  6. Tintin will be the first film I see in theaters in 2012.
  7. I don't know, I remember you posting that it didn't look good. It just seemed to me that you wouldn't like it for some reason.
  8. Forgot about Fast Five. The second half was decent, but the first was boring, IMO.
  9. I knew you would give it a bad grade, but a 0?! Ouch. Not that I wanted to see it or anything, but still.
  10. I'd be interested in seeing how Fishnets would react to a movie with both Michael Fassbender and Daniel Craig.
  11. I hope that comes around to one of my theaters. It looks amazing, glad to know that it supposedly is.
  12. The Iron Lady really is a lot like J. Edgar. Appealing actor/actress gives a solid performance in a mediocre movie.
  13. Because there always has to be a counter to each weight...The main one for me is 30 Minutes Or Less. I honestly enjoyed this a lot. I'm actually a bit surprised that more people didn't like it.
  14. DH2 and The Tree Of LifeI'm really dissapointed that I felt that way for both of them.
  15. 12/301. Django Unchained2. The Dark Knight Rises3. Moonrise Kingdom4. The Pirates! Band Of Misfits5. The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey6. Gangster Squad7. Dark Shadows8. The Hunger Games9. Frankenweenie10. The Avengers
  16. Pariah made a little over a $5k PTA in 4 theaters. Blue Valentine had close to $12k in the same amount of theaters, so it didn't make too big of a splash, relatively.
  17. Also, the one Happy Madison film coming out next year looks way better than all 4 from 2011 combined.
  18. 1. The Artist 2. Drive 3. Hugo 4. The Descendants 5. 50/50 6. The Muppets 7. Rango 8. Win Win 9. Midnight In Paris 10. Bridesmaids 11. Super 8 12. Crazy, Stupid, Love 13. Contagion 14. 19. Sometimes, it feels like the emotion piles on a bit too much. Other than that, it's a fantastic and poignant dramedy with some pretty awesome performances.
  20. There never has, and never will be, a film that is completely loved or hated. There's probably even someone who thinks that Jack & Jill should be nominated for Best Picture.
  21. Only in BOT Survivor can The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo completely beat Mission Impossible 4...
  22. Is the plot complex? Not really, but it didn't have to be, IMO.
  23. Oh my god, The Artist was amazing. I'm so glad it's winning all these awards. It's also way more entertaining than The King's Speech, BTW.
  24. Beautiful, touching, funny, charming, and even entertaining - The Artist has it all, and I loved every minute of it.Andy summed it up perfectly.
