  1. I never knew Haddish could sing. Also did any characters from Lego Batman or Ninjago show up?
  2. @cayommagazine Due to recent racially tinged comments, Endless Entertainment might be planning on dropping Gina Rodriguez from the sequel to their breakout hit “Don’t Let The Pigeon Drive 2”. Kevin Hart was recently dropped due to a flurry of anti LGBT statements as the LGBT community has a very prevalent presence in the film, and Xavier B Irving is truly appalled by some of Mrs. Rodriguez’s comments but is unknown on what will happen next. It is unknown if Pigeon 2 will be delayed to a Y8 release.
  3. In terms of the main projects I’ve canceled or pushed back in game exponential at this point.
  4. Look for the eye button when you flip your phone/tablet horizontally.
  5. @cayommagazine Meet Tora (Zhang Ziyi) and the land of Wukanishi Wukanishi is inspired of both feudalism Japan as well as Chinese and Japanese culture and anime like Dragon Ball Z, One Punch Man and My Hero Academia as power is basically the perfect currency in their worlds. The people of Wukanishi were once some of the finest fighters, humans with near god like strength and powered up by the will and meditation against Ethire’s dark forces oftern assisting the Phoenix but when the Phoenix left, they had little to fight and fought each other but not in war or for ruling power but for honor and to become strong enough to protect themselves. The Wukanishi people don’t believe in pure evil but rather those with and without honor being malevolent or not. Power and honor are the two most important things in their culture. Tora (Zhang Ziyi) is arguably the strongest fighter in Wukanishi, with an upbeat, comical and bold attitude as well as a mother of two young children. She has three form (so to speak), with each form stronger than the last, increasing her powers. Her first form allows her to go toe to toe with some of the fiercest beasts, the second form allows her to potentially tear through the hardest substances and the final form allows her to become stronger than the Phoenix in terms of physical strength. However with each form, the more energy she used and the more drained she becomes and can only go in the last form in short amounts of time. Humorously, because of this she is a master cook. Tomorrow we take a look at the royal children with the next Phoenix with a legacy to uphold, Connor Griffin (Abraham Attah) and the spell casting princess who just wants to have fun, Ayla Griffin (Taliah Webster).
  6. Have any of you used a deceased actor in a major role? I am still using Stan Lee as the voice of The Destroyer, the main villain of The Unbeatable Squirrel Girl and have always had that plan from the get go, but I just want thoughts from others. Besides one of the two people I’ve seen prereads to said Stan Lee’s role was good.
  7. QOTD: Can one make an Injustice: Gods Among Us movie based of the video game even though Justice League as well as the other DC movies are still recent?
  8. Gold Diggers Release Date: 7/2/Y5 Studio: Infinite Studios Happy Madison Productions Genre: Comedy/Adventure/Western Director: Dennis Dugan Rating: PG-13 for crude humor, language and mild sensuality Tagline: “They all about that gold” Budget: $25M Theater Count: 3,202 Runtime: 110 minutes Cast: Adam Sandler as Montana West Kevin James as Rhode Island Slim David Spade as Deadly Dan Salma Hayek as Lady Muetra Chris Tucker as Paul Sofia Vegera as Sally Antonio Banderas as Z Plot: In the 1860’s during the exploration of the west, hardworking from rags to moderate funds Montana West and former millionaire and lazy Rhode Island Slim are two rivals from the north in search of a gold to be rich as the learn of a city full of unimaginable riches named Pez de Oro causing the two rivals to race there. Montana, although ahead of Slim, faces the dangers of the wild like coyotes but is saved by an literate slave named Paul on the run. The two decide to work together and form a bond to head to the city as they eventually find it, and to have Slim catch up with them but as the two quarrel, the three meet the kindly guide Sally who Montana is attracted to. However much to Montana’s dismay, there doesn’t seem to be that much on first sight but learn of a mineshaft full of jewels as well as learning from Sally. They also learn the town is in desperate need of a sheriff against the crime. Seeing this as a way of making cash, the three decide to pose as legendary cowboys each with phony backstories to help back up their claims. The villagers although wowed are somewhat skeptical until Slim accidentally stops and injures two thieves earning their trust. Learning of his thieves failure, the dangerous outlaw, Deadly Dan and his partner in crime, Lady Muerta decide to visit Pez de Oro to kill the sheriffs. Meanwhile, Montana, Slim and Paul are living it up as the newfound talk of the town and attempt to get the treasures they want, however Paul grows close to the wonders of the town and begins to feel guilt on the scam meanwhile Montana grows closer to Sally. Slim manages to find a way on getting them the jewels by convincing the villagers to make a new safe house and that the three are planning on building one that no outlaw can get pass. We then get some scenes of the three bonding as well as toilet humor, shitty puns, “protecting” the town, and a horse racing scene that causes Slim to fall into a giant vat of manure. Later, Deadly Dan and Lady Muerta arrive and naturally beat the phony sheriffs easily and run them out of town. Feeling guilt, both Paul and Montana decide to train seeking out the advice of the legendary cowboy, Z, a cowboy so badass he needs just one word for his name on the far side of the desert. Slim being the coward and need of conflict for the film bails on the two and finds his next prospect. Angered, Montana calls Slim out on his shit and that Slim is a piece of shit. Montana and Paul trek the desert to get caught in a vicious sandstorm but are saved by Z and bought to his cabin in the desert. After enjoying coyote stew, the two explain their stories to Z who agrees to train them as we see them go through a quick montage. Meanwhile as Slim goes back to the east, he slowly realizes how awful he has been and begins to have a change of heart. Montana and Paul go back to Pez de Oro which is in shambles thanks to Deadly Dan freeing all the inmates and taking over. The two manage to take down some outlaws but are outnumbered only for Slim to come back to save them and apologize as the two make their way to Deadly Dan and Lady Muerta. The three fight the two villains with limited success until thanks to some sharp shooting by Montana, manage to kill Deadly Dan by causing the water tower to crash down onto him and arrest Lady Muerta. The three are seen as true heroes amongst the townfolk as Montana and Sally become an item. The three are offer the treasure they’re after but decide to stay and help protect the town.
  9. Your theory about it taking FB3’s slot may happen but November has become a clusterfuck of animated movies (Vivo on the 6th, Rugrats on the 13th, SJ2 on the 20th and Dragon Empire on the 25th).
  10. I don’t think Solo will effect IX since no one cared about Solo in the first place.
  11. @cayommagazine A few updates on the Endless Animation side: - Medusa’s budget has been elevated to a strong $155M, the biggest budget for an Endless Animation film - The Unbeatable Squirrel Girl Amazon Prime sneak preview will be in 800 theaters nationwide at 3:00 pm. Squirrel Girl will also have a end credit scene and a tribute to the deceased Stan Lee at the end of the movie - “Can You Imagine?... The Bedtime Stories” will debut in front of Splatoon instead of Medusa, despite Splatoon not being an Endless Animation film. This was decision was done by Xavier B Irving, primarily to not have to shorten or increase Medusa’s runtime and allow it to focus as a film. - Insiders say the Y6 slate will likely be Super Mario Bros, Framework and Gigantic and a teaser for Mario is confirmed to be attached to Squirrel Girl.
  12. @Xillix decrease the TC for Squirrel Girl’s 12/4 3:00 pm screenings to 800. 1000 seems a bit too much.
  13. This got rerated it’s still PG but now it has mild action. Guessing Rex gets decapitated.
  14. @cayommagazine Meet Valeria and Ignus as they preside in the lawless skies of Zepa. After the Phoenix left, the Valkyries, humanoids with hawk like wings faced the worst of the brunt as most of their species were wiped out, causing them first to lose faith in a savior and went to fend for themselves and toughened up, head to the highest of the sky and mountains having to deal with some of the beasts in the sky like dragons. Zepa is best compared to the both Western time frame and setting of many films. The Valkyries often find themselves at conflict with one another as well as facing wild and dangerous dragons for power and control over the skies they reign in. Zepa also deals with the most crime out of all of the realms in the story. Enter Valeria (Rebecca Ferguson), a non nonsense Valkyrie woman who basically acts the sheriff of Zepa, brandishing shotguns, a lasso and a flail, she flies into battle. Valeria is also very unemotional and distant, as she has suffered a lot, hardened as the years go by and losing her wife. Her partner, Ignus (motion capture by Bobby Moynihan), a selfish and rather foul-mouthed diminutive and tubby dragon, standing at 2 feet tall. Ingus can speak unlike most dragons and is rather domesticated. Despite not being able to breath fire or fly the fastest, Ignus knows a lot about his fellow beast and acts as a vitriolic best friend to Valeria. The two provide interesting perspectives as a part of the crew providing more of a solemn tone. Tomorrow we take a look at an anime inspired world of Wukanishi and Tora (Zhang Ziyi), a spiritual martial arts fighter with god like strength, potentially stronger than the Phoenix, with a passion for increasing her power.
  15. Okay, so we know the second bomb is Scrooge: The College Years but what’s the first?
  16. Again, anyone know a good Asian American actor/actress around 28-35 (preferably actress) that knows Martial Arts?
  17. They rarely close unless it’s freezing anyways. Though that’s not my problem anymore, as I’m living the college life and can choose whether or not to come... yet decided to anyways
  18. The competition for biggest animated film of the year got interesting as Bounty Hunters vs Scrooge 0.5 vs Star Fox. I’d also say that untitled animated musical from Blankments and Either Squirrel Girl or Medusa have strong shots.
