    Actually been ages since I've seen the Matrix films better go back and rewatch them. Some of the hate Reloaded gets probs comes from how Revolutions drops the ball afterwards. EDIT: Actually curious what were the box office projections for Revolutions after Reloaded came out?

    Thanks yeah after that I just have a couple of assignments and by March I'll be done with university with my graduation ceremony in May (assuming I pass everything of course). Adulthood is going to be an actual thing for me now.

    The disappointing thing with Ralph was its legs not its Opening Weekend which was actually very good. Not a bad performance but it is the only WDAS film to gross under $600M since well....the first one. Luckily for them Frozen 2 is perfectly positioned to give them their 3rd $1 Billion Film.

    Jumanji and Star Wars don't come out until almost a month after Frozen 2. Margie Claus being a Christmas movie will help but it's not really gonna challenge Frozen's family/kids audience.

    Frozen 2 has very little competition to deal with for at least three weeks as well as being the only animated movie option in that period. I'd be disappointed if it couldn't crack $400M with so little obstacles in its way. Toy Story 4 and Secret Life of Pets 2 will clash sure but both will clear $300M with ease I think. No need to worry about Disney, Pixar and Illumination.

    5 year gap is a bit of a no man's land for animated sequels but it didn't stop Ralph from having a good opening and no doubt Frozen 2 will be huge too. Going to be back to the drawing board for WAG as WB will struggle to have a place in the animation market with the dominance of Disney and Universal.

    Think both got diluted by having tv shows making the subsequent sequels seem like less of an event to watch. I guess a similar thing is happening with the Lego franchise with the spin-offs diluting the brand. Hopefully something breaks out in the animation market this year otherwise it'll just be the inevitable showdown between Disney (Frozen 2) vs Pixar (Toy Story 4) vs Illumination (Secret Life of Pets 2) again

    Find it hard to believe this won't crack $200M. Let's see if it changes after the 2nd Trailer drops. BoxOffice's tracking is too unreliable for DCEU films. They underestimated all the non-Snyder films and overestimated all the Snyder films.
