    At this point it's probably become necessary to note that 24hr+B reception would suggest ~18-23 (point forecast 20.5) And that is also pretty much also my read of (T-9 data | B CS). However, still hoping we can avoid Eternals 2 FlopCU boogaloo

    Not really, no. A comp being X at T-N doesn’t actually suggest the final preview will be X. I do sometimes feel like that being the main way data is displayed here can be a little misleading sometimes but there isn’t really a clean and convenient alternative so I get why it has (and will continue to) persist.

    Scott says “no spoilers” but we are edging towards spoilers imo. I would advise no further speculation on this topic or oblique references to the leaks

    Saga 2 is probably getting graded more harshly than saga 1 because it’s core conceit is very difficult to handle effectively. I think going multiverse will prove to be a humongous mistake, and not that surprisingly — there was really no need to play with this particular fire. But at the end of the day we’ll always have Infinity Saga. And hope for saga 3

    Yeah, I mean, probably better long-term to have a bad movie with a good Kang introduction than a good movie except kang as a weak point. But like, great movie with good Kang intro would have been pretty nice… 😅

    With a B+ 300 seems unlikely but with an A- should be fine. Just not going to aim for 400 like it was with great reception.
