does anyone know what markets BP has been the best selling superhero solo movie in? All I know so far is that in Brazil, South Africa, and the Netherlands so far. -

Just finished watching the movie. Although it is nice to look at, for some reason the story and overall plot didnt work for me. It wasn't that captivating. The best part was looking at the stop motion animation. -

Early maoyan is a 7.7 for pacific rim... Damn no recent action movie released in China has above an 8.0: black panther, tomb raider, and now pacific rim. -

I know but old cinemas typically don't have 3D. Wasn't the reason for its success was how amazing it was in 3D?

Damn was hoping it would break out, but yeah I did not realize how much of a hard sell this is. Because the closeted gay guys can't go since they don't want anyone knowing... and its only doing well(predictably) mostly in coastal cities. Do these type of movies have any chance overseas? What would be considered a success for this movie? Breaking even would be around 40M I think. -

LMAO what!? the movie was incomprehensible at times. I like Ava, and thoroughly enjoyed selma and 13th. But, this film was not well constructed at all. Film is subjective though and I value your opinion. I hope the majority of people enjoyed it as much as you because I don't want it to fail at the box office.
