NWH late legs means nothing especially in US. There is no competition and you basically have CAN inflated making as much as 20% of the box office instead of 8% as it should.

I wasn't counting on some great legs either. Besides it already opened to great numbers last weekend, almost par F9 in the same set of markets, bigger than Venom 2, Eternals and even NTTD in many of them. It will be around $120M at end of weekend most likely, closing around $275-300M ish and then China taking over.

The Batman (T-17) Nationwide Early access - $2.85M THU - $3.65M FRI - $2.6M SAT and Rest - $2.4M Total - $11.5M Approx At same time 36% of Spider-man: No Way Home previews (1 day of sales) - $18.4M 317% of Eternals previews - $30M 205% of Eternals Friday - $43.5M 27% of Spider-man: No Way Home overall (1 day of sales) - $70M OW 244% of Eternals overall - $175M The comps in themselves don't mean much. Looks to me around $20-25M previews, likely lower limit and $50-65M opening day for now.

Optimistically $60M weekend INT this week. Probably $100M WW (4 days DOM)

Goes on to show how big XMAS + New Year period is in Ukraine and East Europe when you have Jumanji 2 and Aquaman in Top 5 grossers.

400M will be an average opening weekend.

Loved the trailer. $200M OW hopefully.

Canada make more than usual of film collect, so highly impacting the trend now.

After this weekend its $11.72M. Will be tough reaching there especially with Batman releasing in 2 weeks.
