  1. honestly somewhat impressive; the dead dceu looking to do 2.1x the marvels with its final movie
  2. thats a very creative list (I mean that as a compliment) I only just learned of the existence of your #1 a few days ago
  3. anyone but you I think is sony, meaning its going straight to netlifx with its current momentum its almost certain to get the "biggest movie in the world" title on feb 14
  4. from where im standing its looking like the spy x family spin-off will outgross the very well received godzilla movie, is that normal? or is minus 1 underperforming a bit?
  5. the trailer didn't impress me much when I saw it online, but seeing it in theaters today it was a different story the way the trailer tells us about the new emotions (other than anxiety) that will show up is great
  6. my life isnt any better or any worse after seeing this, bit bland , but pleasant enough I did watch it in another language, but despite what the trailers implied, chamalet was good some nice scenes but also others in which it tried too hard
  7. its just a famous political ad from 1984
  8. havent seen 25 2023 (yet) gotta work the numbers to see if fast x makes it into my top 5
  9. yeah its missing 80 million in fact if it were to follow less miserable (so no mlk boost) even 70 wouldn't be safe
  10. yeah, but that was because streaming took over, anything that was released was pretty much guaranteed to someday make a profit, dont think that's still the case I'm convinced that that's what killed mid budget movies
  11. who said something about wonka always underperforming projections?
  12. following the Miserables doesn't even get TCP to 80 now, cant expect martin luther day to add much more than 5 million
  13. pretty insane that the dceu released 4 movies in its final year of existence
  14. thing about SOF is that pretty much no one had heard about it before a deadline article announcing it had 10 million or so in pre-sales, and its also a fairly accessible movie, having parts of it being an action thriller vs a 100 million budgeted movie pushed by warner bros and oprah, that seemingly doesnt have that much wide appeal
  15. doesnt work like that due to china make it something like 35/65 (I just made that number up)
  16. it tries to be fun and succeeds at being so, but near the end, when it starts running out of fun, the lack of depth seriously hurts it
  17. apparently its at 216 already think we can probably scratch off the low
  18. heard what if s2 isn't particularly good I do wonder how hardcore fans are feeling and how much more they can take
