  1. No question for me that this is the best movie of the year so far right above the Muppets. I happen to see both back to back last night. Like baumer, I didn't really know much was this movie was about, other than the trailers. But yeah it does really capture the reason some of us love movies. Showing the crowd "dodge" the train in the first movie they saw does explain how a lot of us felt the first time we saw a movie. It is magical and Scorsese really knew how to show that in this movie. and I completely agree that Chloe Moretz is going to be around for a long time and will be great. A
  2. Have to say it is the second worst of the series to me. Pretty much the first hour or so did nothng for me.C-/D+
  3. Team Charlie is the only respectable one since he is the best character and doesn't need a romance. He is the terminal bachelor that everyone loves.
  4. One of my favorite comedies of all time. Agreed about it being so quotable. Even the little throw away jokes i love. VESPA: Monastery? Where? LONE STARR: Somewhere in the Ford Galaxy. Easily an A.
  5. Yeah it was a great film. So many puns to choose from.
  6. So many:LukeVaderHanYodaLandoI will just stop there or I will just go on and on
  7. Hate to be the bearer of bad news for you but it isn't the final film. The part one should have given it away.
  8. Hmmm...this is tough. But I will go with either the Punisher or Ghost Rider
  9. I like the Nazgul as a whole, so by default I went with the Witch King
  10. Favorite is the 89 Batman because of the hype and the experience I had when it came out.As for best, there are a couple, but I went with TDK
  11. Yeah the series is good, but they do have some clunkers in there as well. This current season keeps up the trend. The 4 part arc that is going on now is really good, but the 2 shows on the droids, not so much. I mean they weren't terrible, but really not up to par to the good ones. And Jim, they are currently on season 4
  12. Depends on the definition of best. :PBut to me, the Luke/Vader one in ROTJ is the best because it has such a combination of everything. For just plain skill, the QGJ/Obi Wan/Maul wins.
  13. Just curious, is it possible for a thread to not all of a sudden turn into something related to Potter? geez
  14. Yeah in the Twilight o/u $300 thread, a bunch of people had it $25 or under.
  15. Yeah no 3D or IMAX and it still gets a huge number. I have to agree it is pretty impressive.
  16. It would just be easier to say all of them.
  17. Eh, nothing great or bad. Just there. Seems very forgetful
  18. Yep another good episode. Daryl is such a great character and I like his visions of Merle. Hopefully the next show will keep it up. Yeah I figured what was in the barn as well, but can't wait to see where it leads.
  19. Guess I need to read the books, because there was nothing to that trailer at all to someone that doesn't really know anything about the series. It wasn't emotional, intense, engrossing or even interesting. I mean I may like the movie if I watch it, but that trailer didn't do anything to get me to need to see it.
  20. I was pleasantly surprised by this movie. It didn't look that good in the trailers, but it turned out to be pretty funny. B+/B
  21. Hmmm...this is tough. But in no order, I like Hush, Scarecrow, Hugo Strange and to an extent Bane
  22. There are tons of great quotes but for today I will go with"I find your lack of faith disturbing" or "Impressive, most impressive"
  23. Keaton for Batman and Kilmer for BruceBut Adam West is in his own category.
