    The Crone is super-paranoid that TA might happen due to boxoffice. I don`t know what other bloggers think it`s possible but I know she rants about it at least once a week.

    Not as a Lead. He may sneak in Supporting where McConaughay looks better because he has the "Stick it" moment. Fassy, while great, doesn`t have a big showy moment that AMPAS falls for.

    :wub:BKB should come back. He is vindicated. This thing is falling like a rock and it obviously isn`t just shooting to blame anymore. The movie just didn`t live up to expectations and TA is way better.

    Cloud Atlas trailer is phenomenal but release date doesn`t show confidence on WB part. That thing looks like a blockbuster,yet it`s out October 26. Weird. Perhaps they know something we don`t? I mena, everyone can cut a great trailer out of a visually arresting movie.

    i`m pulling for Phoenix. Jackman as plan B. Please no DDL. I hope that "DDL wins, game over" attitude result in a backlash. He won 2 times and it isn`t like he`s so better than anyone else.

    I actualy think that PJC collaboration would be fantastically successful. PJ and Spielberg are bad match because they both wallow in sentimentality. OTOH, PJ and JC complement each other perfectly. And if JC can`t inspire PJ to make an original movie, no one else can. They could come up with something that`s gonna be this geenration`s Raiders, like Lucas and Spielberg did before Lucas raped childhoods and Spielberg fell into sentimental claptrap for the sake of Oscars.

    JC knew about the 3d TH movie for a long time. It makes sense because he needed to be told why WETA wouldn`t be avaliable when Fox set the dates.

    he is pretty got at restraining himself. Not from the budget but his pacing is always tight.
