A+ cinemascore. Looks like BP will not have much problem clearing $500m. That means 4 consecutive years of at least one $500m+ film from Disney. BTW the top 10 alltime DOM list (non-adjusted) might change quite a bit this year, with BP and the upcoming IW and JW2. TDK might be down to No.10 lol http://www.boxofficemojo.com/alltime/domestic.htm

Come one this is obviously a fake Cameron quote because it doesn't have the "- James Cameron" on it.
-
Fake and very unfunny BTW this is actually 100% a legit quote from Cameron cause I'm 100% sure Cameron said "No they're not" before.

I remember not being interested watching the first BP trailer. After being shocked by these mega opening numbers, I went back to watch the other trailers and TV spots, and I still found myself not being hooked. I guess it's a good thing from a boxoffice pespective, because that's one way to get yourself amazed, and as a boxoffice follower you want to be amazed. And BP's OW surely is jaw-droppingly amazing.

But still, there are no Avatar memes out there on internet. So, Avatar still has no culture influence. Case closed.

And little did this guy know that The Last Jedi was to exist! Plus, that made 600m and yet people consider it a disappointment (Technically it's brilliant but under-expectations. Let's not get into that in this thread though) Well that's because I didn't know a $900m grosser was to exist in the first place. I made that post in 2011.

Cameron to QT "Much to learn you still have, my young padawan." Anyway, on that particular case, I think it was because there could be mist forming from heating the water and that would obviously mess up the shooting. Mist won't form in a open place because droplets vaporize quickly, but in a relatively small space it will due to the lower air water saturation. The ship interior scenes were obviously shot in a half-closed small space.
