    Too bad Fox has completely raped the X-Men franchise. DoFP should have been a four quadrant film too but now it occurs as just an afterthought while talking about the Summer 2014 slate.

    Let's see. Still think Dragon's actual quality will be the main deciding factor when it comes to its holds though, just as Frozen's is.

    She's the scariest Disney villain but I don't think the movie will be AS dark as the first trailer suggested. Probably the same tone as Oz, if slightly more sinister.

    STILL, the overlap will be there. TASM2 seems more comedic than TASM and Spider-Man has far more kiddie appeal than Thor so that may have good legs among the family demographic come the summer holidays. The aforementioned Transformers is there too.

    That wasn't directly inspired by Walt Disney's Snow White though, just the original fairytale. In this case though, Maleficent and related characters are from Disney's Sleeping Beauty.

    Not to mention the complete disappearance of Maleficent, WHICH IS ACTUALLY BASED OFF AN ANIMATED FILM!

    WOM for Tangled: Cute and funny Disney princess film. The little girls will love it. WOM for Frozen: OMG DISNEY IS BACK!!!! This generation's Beauty and the Beast!!! The best Disney animated film since The Lion King!!!

    Would love if this was the schedule. But on second thought, The Good Dinosaur is a November 2015 release while Summer 2015 is a hot mess. Have no clue where Giants will fit in to stand a chance to make Frozen numbers.

    Welcome. And yes, the moment was ripe for a movie like Frozen, along the lines of the early 90's Disney Renaissance classics, to break out in a HUGE manner. The kids who grew up with those Renaissance classics are now young parents with kids of their own, college students, or older teens i.e. the entirety of the lucrative 18-30 age demographic. So they are the driving force behind Frozen's monstrous success. It also helps that its "classic" feel appeals to older demographics as well.
