I think what Andy is saying is that thematically it didn't make sense that they ended up with the same formula despite making so many jokes about it in the first two acts. Frozen is far better as it has a story in the first two halves instead of just coming across as a "Disney princess parody" unlike Enchanted, and yet the climax was a total subversion of the fairytale trope.
Next Disney animated epic? It's surprising there hasn't been an Indian Disney princess or prince yet (or even a Hispanic one for that matter). Just Mowgli.
That's what is so exciting about this new Disney revival. They are capturing the magic and charm of the Disney Renaissance as well as the greatness of Pixar classics at once through a diverse line-up of movies. Excellente!
I wish she didn't plant a big fat one on Finnick's kisser just a second before though. Most of my audience were like "WTF? Was that supposed to be some not so "sub" subtext?" Kind of ruined her "moment" for me.
I just think he is very much like Shyamalan. Both good directors with a strong tone of their own, who were initially overhyped with their intial(in Snyder's case, initial-ish) successes, but then were victims of backlash once it became apparent they needed strong scripts to be good (and GA and fanboys felt betrayed as they thought they were all-powerful).

Seeing that number in the thread title, I was like so was surprised to see the doom and gloom in the comments. What the hell peeps? 8.6 mill on the 37th day is outrageous!
There are two girls in BH6 (2 of the Big Hero 6 actually). One a blonde girlie girl (Honey Lemon) and the other a badass tomboy who cannot stand her (Gogo Tomago). Both are cool in their own unique ways (think a superpowered Rapunzel and Merida respectively). So it should be popular with girls too if those two characters are done well.
