I just checked STiD release schedule, the movie will open in these markets on either May 9th or May 10: UK, Australia, Germany, Ireland, Switzerland, Bulgaria, Sweden, New Zealand, Mexico, Taiwan. Out of those markets, IM3 will lose to Trek in European countries and Australia it seems, but it might still beat it in Taiwan and Mexico. Or maybe that would be hard since it's already in its 3rd weekend then.

So surpassing TA? Do you know where TA ranked in top movies list in SK last year Olive? I know that local movie Thieves is no.1. But TA should be in Top 5, no? If IM3 outdo TA, it might just win top Hollywood release this year in SK it seems.

IM3 doesn't have much competitions on May 10th weekend, right? No big openers?

I'm thinking over 400M overseas at the end of next week too. I remembered TA grossed over 40M on its first Tuesday last year with only some small markets opening, so the main reason for big gross is Labor Day holiday, which is May 1st. For IM3, May 1st has both China and Germany's openings. So I expect its Wenesday numbers to be big. Then Thursday May 2nd is opening in Russia, should add a nice bump too.
