Update: Just found out that M Night's new "Event Series" Wayward Pines got picked up by Fox

http://tvbythenumbers.zap2it.com/2013/05/13/fox-picks-up-wayward-pines-from-m-night-shyamalan/182397/

Tucked into FOX's schedule announcement was news of a new "event series" pickup. See below for more.

via press release:

New event series WAYWARD PINES will premiere in 2014. Based on the best-selling novel, “Pines,” by Blake Crouch, and brought to life by suspenseful storyteller M. Night Shyamalan (“The Sixth Sense,” “Signs,”), WAYWARD PINES is an intense, mind-bending thriller in which nothing is what it seems. Secret Service agent ETHAN BURKE (Academy Award nominee Matt Dillon, “Crash,” “City of Ghosts”) arrives in the bucolic town of Wayward Pines, ID, on a mission to find two Missing federal agents. But instead of answers, Ethan’s investigation only turns up more questions. Each step closer to the truth takes Ethan further from the life he knew, from the husband and father he was, until he must face the terrifying reality that he may never get out of Wayward Pines alive.

Die rake die! What competition is this Shittcom up against? can anyone make a comparable list for Thursday on all networks?

Well there's no point since Rake is planned for mid-season and 90% of the time, FOX's plan for mid-season is never followed through.

Is a handy schedule to know when things are on. Assuming FOX somehow follows it's plan, it'll be up against Michael J. Fox and Sean Saves the World (of which I'm doubtful the first will last till midseason) and the fading Glee.

If ABC keeps it's schedule the same, it'll be up against one of TV's top dramas: Grey's Anatomy but it's getting old and declining. CBS might have the solid Person of Interest or the monster Big Bang Theory against it.

If FOX keeps to the plan to put Rake on Thursdays, it might very well survive.
