I think we already had a Dhoom 4 , its called Kick from Salman Khan.

 

Imo its was the same formula but perfected for masala movie and just superior cast.

TGM beating NWH 10th week record in India for HLW film

With the film now in its eleventh week of run in India, Top Gun: Maverick continues to soar at the Indian box office. In its tenth week, Tom Cruise’s blockbuster sequel grossed Rs. 60.48 lakhs, jumping 13 per cent from the ninth week. The film took the record for the biggest tenth week for a Hollywood movie in India beating Spider-man: No Way Home. The weekly records this far in the run are rare to set but this is the second time we are seeing the same record being renewed this year, with No Way Home doing it earlier in February this year.

They watch films, right wing leaders/ influencers are openly appealing to boycott LSC. In Delhi right wing & liberals are 45 & 55%. In mumbai though BJP vote share is 27% there is another right wing party Shiv Sena having similar vote share.

LSC needed a kick-ass trailer. Instead we got that awful one.

 

The songs weren't good enough to create hype either. LSC really feels like a movie which should have waited till Christmas, slower moving and family oriented would work much better over that 2 weeks of vacation.

This date was probably best of the year. There are like 5 holidays in 8 days.
