am somewhat confused at the numbers posted here.

 

had a look at cinetrak and it's showing 12.7 fri, 15 sat and sun trending for 21ish cr gross. iirc charlie told me cinetrak equals 85-90% of total for HLW films, +10% bump off these gives me 53cr weekend.

 

@charlie Jatinderam I missing something?

The ratio increases as the run go forward. Cinetrak numbers are now almost 96% of total. 

 

But remember cinetrak number is including 3d charges, so reported gross will be less than Cinetrak.

 

Also, yesterday there seem some issue with Cinetrak numbers.

 

TL;DR

3rd weekend will be ₹37-38cr Nett (₹46-48cr Gross)

Looks like a huge Sunday with 50% growth over Saturday..probably might be in top3 third Sundays of all time among all Indian movies

Week 2 - ₹98.9cr

3rd Weekend - ₹39cr Approx

Total - ₹322.3cr Nett

Gross would be ₹398cr approx without 3D charge.

As usual underreporting by Disney. IMO it should be ₹335cr+ NETT, ₹415cr GROSS without 3D charges & ₹465cr+ Actual Gross as is reported everywhere.

Had a great vacation in India. Headed back tomorrow. If green card wait times don't improve, might just move back next year. There's definitely a lot of opportunities here now and need to move before the daughter gets too old to adjust for sure.
