I'm in favor of allowing them, but it's all up to you guys I vote yes. But, I'll accept it if the majority doesn't feel the same way. I submitted 2 alternates to my list, just in case. The Toymaker
What are your thoughts on the Lion witch and the Wardrobe (where its always winter but never Christmas) Are you having a laugh?
chasmmi
Are you having a laugh NOt really. Christmas plays a bigger role in LTWATW than it does in Iron Man 3 for example. I don't find it the christmassiest movie of all time of course, but Christmas is a theme in the story.
Olive
1- It's a Wonderful Life 2- Home Alone 3- Die Hard 4- Iron Man 3 5-The Polar Express 6- Arthur Christmas Edited December 3, 2013 by Olive
The Toymaker
Iron Man 3, Die Hard, The Lion The Witch and the Wardrobe etc. are not Christmas movies. They are movies related to Christmas and/or are set at Christmas. A Christmas movie is a movie with the central theme about Christmas related notions, like presents (Jingle all the Way) or Father Christmas (Santa Clause), not terrorists (Die Hard) and superheroes (Iron Man 3). This whole idea of including films like Die Hard into Christmas movie lists was all thought up because of the fact that morons can't produce a list of 10 Christmas movies, so they need to stretch the rules and include films that aren't related to the genre of Christmas.
