Could cross by Friday but definitely by Saturday. Needs about $550,000 per day up to Friday to hit $40m.

The Hobbit presales are very very strong for us! Boxing day (for TH) is stronger then Anzac (for TA) at this point. I expect at least a $4.5, and more likely a $5m+ OD

TKS was also never number 1.

CR got 6.1x multiplier from the corresponding weekend on calendar.Skyfall needs 5x to hit 50m. Should be doable.

We've done pretty good with our contribution to international box office this year..We're going to end with 5-6 films over USD30m, 3 of those of USD40m, and two of those over USD50m!

On Event's website Les Mis is showing just as many sell outs as The Hobbit.

The Hobbit is really going to disappoint.Les Mis, on the other hand, should comfortably make $25m here.With our Hugh and Russel, as well as huge draws here Amanda and Anne, and with the buzz, it should do really well over the holidays!

Guardians had a massive week.Made $4.3m for the week with a running total of $5.3m - Should be good for at least $20m!We're gonna get a few big movies this holiday season!And as for Skyfall - bring on number 3 or 4 all time! Should have enough left in the tank to pass DH2, but The Avengers will be a challenge.

Guardians has to compete with Wreck it Ralph previews from tomorrow the The Hobbit hits on Boxing Day.

The Hobbit still selling out like crazy!We have only 1 theatre showing 2D for it, which is going to be interesting, as that will be sold out pretty much every session from boxing day until new years. 1 theatre for 3D normal and 1 threatre for HFR. HFR about 40% filled up for Boxing day, which is much better then Avengers. Avengers was about 80% filled for us on the day before. Les Mis pretty slow sales so far (except GC, but that doesn't count for actual box office), but it was never going to be a big pre-sale event.
