I was at AMC on Saturday, they have this new thing where the ushers have their favorite movie of all time written on their nametags. One of the ushers looked to be at least 70, and his favorite movie was "All about eve",

I'd just like to say that despite my name I am nowhere near 70, lol. Also, is there anyone on this forum who reviews movies, maybe for a personal blog and would like a bigger audience? If so, please pm me.

Yeaaaaah. It's been an up and down ride financially the last two months. Thought I was gonna see Lovers and Skin a long time ago. Advantage of NYC (and LA, I'm sure) is that these movies play for a long time. I just gotta get to them before I move.

i still haven't watched Jaws. i just have the feeling there's no way it can live up to the hype at this point.

 

speaking of i just finished Short Term 12. it's a decent movie but not much more. i like the subject but the way they dealt with it felt shallow and not very realistic.

Watch it. It took me forever to watch Jaws all the way through and I wasn't disappointed at all.

Yes they do play for a long time but you still have to hunt for them. Good luck on the move though. Good times, lol.
