SchumacherFTW
Jurassic Park has the best summer blockbuster score/soundtrack for me, closely followed by Star Trek 2009.

CoolioD1
Anytime Danny Elfman does the music for a superhero film it ends up sounding pretty good.

tawasal
Anytime Danny Elfman does the music for a superhero film it ends up sounding pretty good.I like Zimmer, Williams and Horner much better. But I am not an expert in the music department.
CoolioD1
I like Zimmer, Williams and Horner much better. But I am not an expert in the music department.Neither am I. I just know when I like the sound of something or if it really compliments the film.

tawasal
AWE's score is definitely my best, not because I love the series, but their soundtrack is just amazing.
kowhite
When it comes to recent impressive epic scores, despite it practically becoming a cliche (god every trailer is doing it)...I really have to rate Inception very highly.
fishstick
AWE is the shittiest summer blockbuster ever but the score is beyond gorgeus and One Day is incredible but since it`s offical love theme for the shittiest couple in movie history, I get where backlash comes from. I always try to forget that unfortunate fact. However, my personal favorite is The Island`s My Name Is Lincoln. I know that Jablonsky is universally hated on these forums but this is just epic: Edited January 2, 2012 by fishnets
Noctis
Jurassic Park, Prisoner of Azkaban, Deathly Hallows 2, Revenge of the Sith, and At World's End are the ones that stick with me the most.
