Generally speaking, films are guaranteed to be shown for two weeks. The big theater drops usually happen in the third weekend. Blackhat's going into the third weekend, so theaters can abandon ship. Sniper's Sunday fall could be significant. 6-9 inches is NOTHING for Chicago. They'll have that plowed out of the way by mourning. All of those areas (Detroit, Cleveland, etc) are prepared for that amount. That being said I think Sniper will only do $32-35 million tops.
