The scene with the sloths is certainly the one a lot of people identify since most people have had to deal with mindless Bureaucracy at some point. I repeat, the look of the office is just too close to what a California DMV office looks like to be a coindicence. I also liked the engineeers of Zootopia were the Beavers.
