A couple of the Zappa kids would always make those "Weirdest Celebrity Baby Name" lists and it was a while before I learned there were actually four of them: Moon Unit, Dweezil, Ahmet, and Diva.

Apparently the "Church" of Sciencetology tried to intimidate some of the witnesses against Masterson  to try to protect their member, and it backfired.

GOod, Another nail in the CO$'s coffin. Sooner that evil scam organization dies the better.

Tha the CO$ has fallen on bad days is proven by the way it has become almost powerless in Hollywood, where once it wielded considerable power.

No wonder Tom Cruise has not talked about the Co$ for a long,long, time. There are rumors he is on the verge of quitting the  organization.

If true, better late then never, I suppose.

The SuperBowl is where all of America gather to watch some good fashion football. In comparison, this was just regular season game on Thanksgiving. This performance was particularly special because it happened a little over 2 months after 9/11.

The whole performance looks way more elaborate than usual for one of those things; they must have upped the budget out of patriotism.

 

In 2022, the Dallas Thanksgiving halftime show was the Jonas Brothers and more its typical scale of, "Here's a stage and some Cowboys cheerleaders. Go!"

Kind of dig how random the cast for the new season is. Mira's presence is probably the closest we'll see Hollywood get to chasing the Sound of Freedom audience that turns their noses up to the industry. Gomez only the second person from the MCU to participate after pre-fame Zendaya (perhaps the only person to actually achieve A-list status after appearing on the show in its entire history).

Dancing with the Stars always had random casts, people picked because they were a celebrity ex but the show pretended that their US audiences knew Elisabetta Canalis as an actress or Heather Mills as a charity campaigner. Fourteen years ago, one of the stars was the naked guy from the first Sex and the City movie and everyone laughed, but Gilles Marini turned out to be a great dancer and got years of acting gigs after.

 

Because of the SAG strike it would’ve been funny if this season's cast was full of actors with Oscar hopes who can't do the usual publicity circuit right now: Leo, Emma Stone, BCoops...
