I could watch Matthew Vaughn's 3 hour 40 minute cut 19.7 times in the same amount of time I could watch Mad Men.  Pretty clear which option is more preferable

Your math is off. You could watch the entirety of Mad Men 19.7 times over in the same amount of time as it takes to watch the theatrical cut of Kingsman 2 once.
