A Marvel Fanboy
The animated spectacular added $2.7m from 820 from the fourth weekend in China to rank third and stand at $60.2m. It has reached $57.7m in Germany after seven, $49.9m in France after eight, $47.8m in Russia after six, $43.2m in the UK after six and a sensational $29.4m in Argentina after eight. Bullshit. Fake
Why is the OS total for IA4 on BOM always behind by like $3M every weekend...exchange rates I guess? They should just use the numbers they are given by Rentrak/studio though! It is only $644.2 for example on BOM now.The numbers that Fox Intl reports includes grosses from Puerto Rico. But that Puerto Rico gross is already counted in domestic. Therefore to keep the worldwide total correct, they deduct the estimated/reported PR gross from the OS total ($3.1M in this case). This happens for all Fox movies and only for Fox movies. Is it clear now? druv10
I hope they finish the franchise off with an amazing installment, where our beloved herd has to interact once again with humans. I think the trio meeting up with the now grown up Rosham from the first film would be a great way to end the franchise although they'd need find a way to make him interact with the trio as he didn't talk in the first film.No chance in hell, they stop making IA movies. Remember budgets for these movies are completely under control. The combined budget for the 4 IA movies is 324M with the WW gross so far of 2.72B so no chance FOX/BS stop making it, absolutely none. JCS
Bullshit. It actually increased to $3.8M from China in its 4th weekend there. So yes, you were right as $2.7M was incorrect.
Rudolf
i thought 700 OSprobably not possible?
Rudolf
This wont do more than 170M DOM, and no less than 700M OS.still possible
JCS
Think it will fall short of $700M OS, would be amazing if it got near IA3 OS though which is just below.Still has Italy to open remember and IA3 made $43M there! So if Italy matches IA3 or even a bit lower then $700M OS will be achieved.
John Marston
Italy market is in the shitter this year so it probably won't match IA3
bofan
Definitely wont match IA3(IMO).I think $25M-$30M will be great considering that TA ($22M) is the highest grossing Hollywood movie this year there the second one is TASM ($12M). Yeah, Italy probably will not match IA3 levels unfortunately. Would be great to see IA4 even a bit close to IA3 though! IA4 actually did $8.25M from last 7-days full week, cume is $65.68M now.
