efialtes76
in argentina it sold 4,4 million tickets becaming the most attended movie of all time (suprassing titanic wich sold 4,35 million tickets) with the rerelease titanic reach 4,75 million tickets, something IA4 can reach but maybe notThe official data confirms Fox in 98 sold 4.6 million tickets. Also Titanic re-release in 3D managed to put more than 360,000 entries. And if we add that surely theaters in 97 controls and had not "escaped them" some viewers, no doubt Titanic managed more than 5 million tickets then. Fake
I think Ice age has hit the saturation point for animations..... I doubt any animated movie will make 800M OS in near future.
Rudolf
I think talking animals has by far the greatest potential OS for an animated movie (for children). Look at Ratatouille which has the highest OS percentage (67%) for a Pixar.Being a sequel helps to market any movie OS (even more than DOM). So studios will try to establish franchises and are unwiing to give up any formula that works. Edited August 26, 2012 by Rudolf

A Marvel Fanboy
Why?New big releases always take away most screens in China. Not to mention this time is TDKR/TASM together.
