Cedarpoint1111 Posted April 25, 2012 Posted April 25, 2012 I thought my 250m prediction was high..... You guys really think 300 is possible? Quote
tilko Posted April 25, 2012 Posted April 25, 2012 (edited) This will be lucky with 200 OS and 150 DOM. Too much competition and bad release dates OS and spidey will destroy this DOM. Edited April 25, 2012 by tilko Quote
pinocchio Posted April 25, 2012 Posted April 25, 2012 The new trailer sucks and doesn't look half as interesting as Battleship. Or the first G.I. Joe. 200 million really seems to be the best it can reach OS IMO. Quote
Fake Posted April 25, 2012 Posted April 25, 2012 GIJ2 will easily cross 200M OS thank to The Rock. Quote

John Marston Posted April 27, 2012 Posted April 27, 2012 BOM prediction G.I. Joe: Retaliation: With $152.3 million, G.I. Joe: Rise of Cobra was a decent overseas performer, though it was probably held back a bit by its U.S.-centric premise. Retaliation combats that problem by adding The Rock and Bruce Willis, both of whom are major international stars. The Rock recently helped Journey 2: The Mysterious Island get to over $220 million, while Willis' last blockbuster-level overseas release was Live Free or Die Hard, which earned $249 million.Retaliation should be able to get to similar levels. Forecast: $260 million I think that is a pretty fair prediction 1 Quote
