Spoiler TO THE MOON A Film by Pete Docter @ChD I remember pre-reading this film way back in 2.0, and let me tell you, its vivid animation and truly stirring and emotional story have stuck with me ever since I read it. This is one of the best films I've read in any iteration of CAYOM, and I hope to see ChD more active in this game.
Ezen Baklattan
4. Spoiler AND THE BAND PLAYED ON A Film by Michael Mann @4815162342 This is the kind of beautifully crafted, deeply stirring, and truly masterful films that we've seen in this game, and I'm glad to see that its praise was unanimous. As an interwoven tale of stories intersecting during the AIDS crisis in America, it truly stands out as a thought provoking tale, the kind that will be taught in film classes for decades to come.

Ezen Baklattan
3. Spoiler THE ODYSSEY TRILOGY A Series by Matt Reeves @Rorschach If the first film took its time to find its footing, it undoubtedly opened the door wide open for an exciting new tale to unfold. The game's closest answer to Lord of the Rings, this truly has some deeply stirring and engrossing filmmaking, and it's clear that Rorschach has gotten to be a better writer in each new chapter. And that's not even touching the amazing performance of Hugh Jackman as Odysseus. Perhaps I went a bit overboard in doing the box office for Homecoming, but fuck it, the movies are that good.
Ezen Baklattan
2. Spoiler BY THE BALLS A Film by Tony Yacenda @Blankments and EGK Few films have gotten under my skin - and I mean that in the best way - as this subversive, jawdropping, astonishing little piece of brilliance. As Olivia Cooke plays the only sane woman in a world seemingly gone to the dogs, but also scarily close to our own, she finds that the angel of hell in this purgatory is a deeply chauvinistic and pathetic Bradley Cooper, giving one of the best performances this game has seen. It's hilarious but deeply unsettling, and will undoubtedly have you keep thinking about it and discovering something new after each watch. It's horrifyingly real, and it'll make you want to smash the patriarchy big time.
Ezen Baklattan
1. Spoiler THE SCAVENGER WARS SAGA A Film by The Duffer Brothers @cookie Well shit. I can honestly say that you, cookie, have delivered something so cinematic, so exhilarating, so thought provoking, that reading it almost gave me a similar thrill as to when I read Harry Potter several moons ago. Maybe that's an exaggeration, but there's something truly mystifying and incredible about this saga. It's grounded in fantastic characters and such an impressive technical language that you're never bored for a single nanosecond. I should note that these ratings do apply to the series as a whole, and the stages are set for it to take on some truly exciting new territories in the future. Wherever you go with it, I'll follow excitedly. It's ambitious, a bit overblown, but I can easily say that it's my favorite film saga in CAYOM 3.0. Well done. 1
