And she is being praised for Joker, if anything most reviews are actually complaining that she should be MORE present in it.

Don’t you understand? This is the end for her! She’ll be living out of a box by the bus stop before the first preview screenings even finish because of this movie! Next to her will be James Gunn and the Penguin TV show.

I always thought this was gonna be under the first movie box office but more like around $900M maybe barely $1B if it was very good...sight. Some things are just not franchise worthy I guess.

One thing is sure; It is not going to be getting the kind of strong reception it needed given a lot of scepticism about making this a musical.

Philips needed to hit this one out of the ball park to pull it off at the box office; a single won't cut it. that did not happen.

And so many here were so sure this would be a massive hit.

That is the thing about a lot of genre fans; THey say they want a fresh, new daring take on the genre, but if somebody gives them one they often hate it.

Granted, this one seems to have been badly executed but still the principals holds,
