CoolioD1
Has anyone watched this? I've watched four episodes so far (not the first four since I've watched in a totally random order) but it is INCREDIBLE. Gopher
It's one of the best shows on TV, but it's really like nothing else on TV. No other show carries the vision of a single man (Louis CK is director, writer, producer, editor and star of the show), especially someone as uniquely hilarious as Louie.

rockNrollaDIM
Louie's stand up is hilarious.
CoolioD1
There's a lot of stand up in this show at the beginning and end of each episode, I have no idea if they're original to the show or if he's done the jokes in old stand up shows but it's really funny. Gopher
None of the standup in his show is from his other specials (Shameless, Chewed Up, Hilarious, Beacon). He did release a recording of his standup from Carnegie Hall but with the warning that it contained material from the Season 2 standup. That's one of the things I love about his work. He throws out his act every year while many comedians do tours with their greatest hits. It's an amazing work ethic and he keeps it up because he's just so funny. I'm rewatching much of the second season in anticipation for next Thursday. I don't know if this is the best comedy on TV- I do love Community and Parks & Rec- but it's certainly the most innovative. Kevin Bacon
I've made it through most of Season 1 and watched the last Late Night episode due to critical acclaim. One of the most unique shows on television, it manages to be funny and engrossing with few and far between laugh out loud moments. Good stuff. CoolioD1
A lot of people aren't as impressed with season 3 so far but I think it's been brilliant. The latest episode reminded me of Network a little.
Gopher
It's been more uneven but he's trying really interesting things. I don't think I've seen an episode of television like last week's before. I'm dying to see where he takes this story.
Michael Gary Scott
Loving this season. That last scene was just incredible.

CoolioD1
I loved this episode more than the first part just because David freakin' Lynch made a surprise appearance. He was amazing. And his scenes even had a little Twin Peaks/Lynchian vibe to them.

CoolioD1
If every comedy writer was paying attention to what Louie was doing then television would be a much sweeter place. The season finale was absolutely fucking perfect.
Gopher
Part 3 of the Late Show arc blew me away. I thought it was the best episode Louie had done...until last night's beautiful, sad, haunting, hilarious, unusually uplifting season finale. I think I cried. Gopher
This is for a creativity reason though. It's ridiculously bold for Louis CK to step away from his show at the height of his career, but if he feels he needs to recharge and take his show somewhere new, then that's pretty great. I'm seeing him live in February so I hope that's enough to tide me over for the year.
