If the Flash underperforms what are the odds we see a general reshuffling of WB's rest of the year slate? They threw a lot of money into it's marketing after last year having to push movies back due to not having enough to market them.... 

Wouldn't be too surprised to see Aquaman pushed to 2024 and Wonka take it's spot since i would expect Ghostbusters to also get pushed, especially if more guilds strike

With the Transformers Friday number now out, I have to say also while it's definitely a good result it's not...that..shocking considering tracking. A lot of us said high 50s was possible if the WOM was good enough and it seems that it is. Going purely by the numbers it was looking at high 40s/low 50s and only boosted itself by like 3-4 million from that high end. If we apply that to Flash and let's say we're going with an OW in the 70s, that only gets it to like the low 80s. Flash is just in an entirely different situation then Transformers where unless it gets to above 90, it's just not looking good. As people've mentioned, there's still a decent amount of time for a reversal to happen (Specifically as Porthos has said, we'd start to see it on Sunday) but as of now....not great.

There's really no point. They're resetting things. The money has been spent on these, and delaying them further doesn't make them more viable.

 

I know there's a lot of people in these threads that are really invested in the success of this movie, and what it's success or failure will mean going forward, but really, it's just a line on their income statement at this point for WB. Based on debt loads, delaying unnecessarily costs real money.
