The first two Aliein movies are among my favoirtes...but I have been dissapointed in every Alien film since.

With Marvel Studios promoting Deadpool & Wolverine, I'm guessing this means 20th Century Fox is gonna go all in on the marketing for Romulus now.

I saw a Twitter post asking for people's three most anticipated summer films. It's always DEADPOOL AND WOLVERINE or INSIDE OUT II in the replies, but for some reason, there is something about this that excites me. Can't wait.

I think it's got something to do with the fact that there's a long gap between each new installment.

 

Regardless of your opinions on the movies past 2, it always feels like an event whenever a new Alien movie is announced.

I think having the practical model in the footage helps the VFX team replicate the lighting and how the CGI model should interact with the scene, this way they can have something that looks as realistic as possible.

Venom 3 has a trailer rated. The Alien one isn't confirmed officially.

I mean... both Prometheus and Covenant trailers were released 2.5 months before films' release. We have spooky Watchers and R-rated Bad boys ahead. There were new images from the movie released recently.

We've gotten promotional images because the marketing is ramping up, yes.

 

And I'm fairly certain that a new trailer will be coming. We just don't officially know when, yet.
