The Amazing Spider-Man movies had 308.7 mln RUB and 335 mln RUB OW.

Kinometro predicted 420 mln RUB or $7.1 mln Russia only. I predicted 490 mln RUB or $8.3 mln. Won't be surprised if it will gross more than 500 mln RUB OW.

Around 130 mln OD or $2.16 mln.  On par with Despicable Me 3 and slightly less than Transforrmers 5. The Amazing Spider-Man movies had 76.2 mln RUB and 61.6 mln RUB.

With reasonably good legs might do about the same or slightly less. At least 45-50% increase in RUB

Spider-Man 110 mln RUB or $3.52 mln RUB  5th place in 2002

Spider-Man 2 259.6 mln RUB or $9.33 mln RUB 5th place in 2004

Spider-Man 3 358 mln RUB or $13.9 mln 7th place in 2007

The Amazing Spider-Man 717.6 mln RUB or $21.91 mln 10th place in 2012

The Amazing Spider-Man 2 745.2 mln RUB or $20.85 mln 20th place in 2014

@juni78ukr Can you give me a hand? What's exhibition license and exhibition license fee?

http://www.hollywoodreporter.com/news/russia-moves-restrict-hollywood-foreign-movies-1015213

Basically for any commercial or non-commercial use for a movie in Russia or Ukraine you need a document called an exhibition licence.  Ministry of culture provides them for a certain fee. Usually it's not a big deal but occasionally Ministry of culture might refuse to issue it.  Basically that means banning a movie.  But actually only a few movies were banned in Russia. Sometimes they might insist on a different day of release. Usually that happens if a major Russian movie will be released on the same date.

Some morons in our Ministry of culture and Cinema Foundation of Russia decided that they need more money for Russian movies and less foreign movies to compete. Too much foreign garbage in our cinemas they said. So they came with a brilliant idea: 5 million RUB for an exhibition licence for every movie.  It is not decided yet and we all fight against it as hard as we can.

Alright, I see. We have the same document. The only way to get them is having the permission of SARFT(a part of Ministry of culture) and censorship...

Usually there is no censorship. Only if a movie become controversial before release. Like Beauty and the Beast or Child 44. Usually a distributor get an exhibition license only a few days before release. That's why there is no early presales.  Also exhibition license has  recommended age restriction rating.  Usually lower for Russia movies and higher for foreign movies.  So  you can get a 6+ rating for a Russian movie with a sex scene and 16+ for Spider-Man.
