Finally a decent weekend thanks to the surprisingly strong OW of Inside Out 2. Even accounting for movie-friendly weather, this is massive and might have gone even higher without football. I have no idea how a sequel to a 2015 movie targeted at pubescent teenagers is doing so well nine years later but I'm glad people still go to the movies at all! Bad Boys 4 is doing so-so, it had a bad but not the worst drop. Furiosa will not even reach half of  Fury Road's admissions …

In Austria, very similar numbers, IO2 at 82,3k after Sunday (exactly 1/10th of Germany); BB4 is doing a bit better here (> 70k total by now) and Garfield has crossed 150k total.

Next weekend: The biggest opener will be The Bikeriders; #3 should be doable if Garfield doesn't have a strong increase. Which might be the case because the forecast looks mixed-to-rainy for most regions and there's no big new family release.

Estimated $2.1m made on Monday and Tuesday, so it almost surely passed the 1m admits mark yesterday. Depending on how they do the starting week (is it the first 7 days of a movies’ run (so in this case Wed-Tues) or is it until the next weekend starts (Wed-Thurs)?) it could enter the top 10 opening weeks for June

Inside Kino predicting 660k 2nd weekend, just a 10% drop, probably due to the bad weather incoming

I think the euro's being watched alot will also spread out the views for the movie more. So a lower OW compared to usual but maybe it gets a bit of its audience back during the run.

I think the first week here is always till Thursday = till the new movies officially start which is on Thursday.

In that case it should place in the top 10

that’s crazy. It’s only going to drop below 10 percent? That’s nuts! South Korea also looks to drop 10%. Seriously, what is this movie!
