Purple Minion
There were still glitches on both websites this morning, but shows are selling out online and on cinema booths. Tickets for the midnight shows are being sold on secondary markets @ 2000M lc ($100!) Edited April 3, 2019 by Purple Minion 1
Carlangonz
First day of sales in Mexico City for Cinépolis are about 23% higher of what I tracked... just two days before IW's opening last year! EDIT. Speaking of midnights. Pretty much everything is sold-out/near sold-out. Edited April 3, 2019 by Carlangonz

Carlangonz
Numbers for midnights at Cinemex complexes across Mexico City are even bigger than for Cinépolis. Sold-out shows are 32.7% higher than IW's midnights just about day and a half before opening. 1 1
Carlangonz
AVENGERS: ENDGAME. TRACKING REPORT. ONLY CINEPOLIS. 22 DAYS BEFORE RELEASE 2099 screens (29.09% of total number of screens in the country) 12 highest grossing cities (55.48% share of entire gross in the country) Cinépolis. Main chain of the country (67.1% of market share) 1. Currently running 26.04% above Infinity War’s last update –which was two days before release- with the biggest increase on % in Toluca (+33% compared to IW). 2. So far 11 theatres of the sample are holding shows beyond midnight, some of them running as late as 5:00 AM. 3. Cinépolis Angelópolis in Puebla is the theatre with most shows; currently has booked 28 shows from midnight until 4:00 AM. 4. Zones where Infinity War underperformed compared to other places are making the difference; this time places like west CDMX and Tijuana are going really crazy unlike last year. 5. This year’s tracking added two more cities; this has certainly boosted numbers but even if we remove them of the formula and only compare the same 10 cities that were used for last year’s tracking Endgame is 17.14% above Infinity War’s numbers. CINEMEX REPORT. 22 DAYS BEFORE RELEASE 1565 screens (21.7% of total number of screens in the country) 12 highest grossing cities (55.48% share of entire gross in the country) Cinemex. Second biggest chain of the country (29.5% of market share) 1. Sold-Out shows currently running 55.5% over Infinity War’s last update –also two days before release- whereas number of shows overall is 35.5% above Infinity War. If we remove the two new added cities (León and Juárez) we still get +50.23% as for sold-out shows and +29.6% as for overall screenings. 2. They seem to get faster deals with their workers because this chain has 22 theatres working as late as 5:00 AM so far. 3. Recently opened Cinemex Artz Pedregal (the one with the Market format) is the theatre holding most shows with their all 23 screens sold-out. 4. The biggest and most shocking jumps here were in Guadalajara (3x from IW), Toluca (9x) and Tijuana (25x!) 3 2 1
Carlangonz
And I thought Infinity War would be a fair comp. I was soooooo wrong. Btw guys... I'm not counting shows beyond 3:00 AM on the tracking. Otherwise numbers would go up about 20+ for each chain.
