OD was inflated by summer break weekdays, I was skeptical the jump would match FK even after friday. Also FK sunday was inflated by holiday monday. Not sure about more frontloaded atm, it's likely to be smaller but the opening still seems solid enough to me. I don't remember the august-september calendar too well but after OP opens it should be some pretty calm months for it to leg out decently.

Looks like Thor: Love &Thunder will end on ¥1.40B at Max. Kingdom II is showing frontloaded factor. I am worried now if it can reach ¥5.0B or not. One more harsh drop will kill it. Currently, it need ¥4.0B for break-even. Dragon Ball Super will finalise at ¥2.5B that a huge drop from Broly (¥4.0B). QQ is a huge success for Pony Canyon, should finalise above ¥2.20B. A bit harsh drop for Top Gun Maverick, we can still go above ¥11.0B, just one last strong hold from OP's Weekend 

 

This Week, "One Piece Red", one of the biggest anticipated release, will release on traditional Saturday.
