Rsyu
Rsyu, what are your predictions for Avengers 2? I see no reason for it to do less than Iron man 3 right now unless it's really disappointing. I'm hoping for Avatar numbers to be honest.
Rsyu
All films dropped a little today which is pretty usual for a thursday (due to new releases taking screens). Still, it's a great number for FF7 and based on presales, it should pass 1 million admissions by the end of the week. It's ratings is very high on Naver too giving hope for good legs (at least until AoU opens!) Weekly drops for kingsman sunk below 40% for the first time in it's run yesterday and today was even worse, dropping close to 50%. However, the fact that it only happened in its 8th weekend goes to show the kind of legs it had. With a decent boost during the weekend, 6 million admissions still looks do-able. Avatar numbers would be awesome. If it hits Avatar's admissions than 100M is a lock. SK and China are going to have to help compensate for bad exchange rates. Avatar had inflated 3D ticket prices to help its gross so Avatar admissions might not guarantee $100 million for AoU Avatar made $110m right? that would be gargantuan $105 million. It all depends on how it's recieved Even than, 13.5M admissions leads to over 90M and fairly close to 100M which would be absolutely amazing if it happened.

Rsyu
Biggest opening yet for the FF series in Korea and the 7th biggest overall for the month of April. Ratings are very high on naver with 9.27/10.0 score, although it's steadily falling. 2 million admissions is locked for it with the potential to go higher. It needs to do the majority of its business in the next two weeks though before AoU is released. 6 million admissions for Kingsman looks set to happen sometime during the latter part of the upcoming week.

Rsyu
Things are different now I imagine? For sure. Since The Avengers the main cast have starred in numerous films that were middle-to-big hits in Korea. Here's a simple breakdown: Chris Evans: Snowpiercer (9.35 million admissions), The Winter Soldier (3.96 million admissions) Samuel L. Jackson: The Winter soldier (3.96 million admissions) Kingsman: The Secret Service (5.91 million admissions) Chris Hemsworth: Thor: The Dark World (3.04 million admissions) RDJ: Iron Man 3 (9 million admissions) Mark Ruffalo: Now You See me (2.72 million admissions) Begin Again (3.43 million admissions) Scarlett Johansson: The Winter Soldier (3.96 million admissions) Jeremy Renner: Bourne Legacy (1.02 million admissions) For reference, basically anything above 2 million admissions is considered to be a pretty decent run in Korea.
