And this is where Superman got "political" with the anti-nuclear war idea. Interesting idea for the movie, but it never really worked out in the end. The creating a bad guy from Superman's DNA and him having Gene Hackman's voice in a bad voiceover was just not a good idea.

DTerrible just terrible ranks down there with Elektra and Catwoman in the eye rape of superheroes movies.....

the first 35 movies are really good, it would be the best Superman if they followed that line. Unfortunately, everything goes off the rails from there. 25/100

I sort of loved parts of this film, but I think  the concept was lost because they realled faked Chris

by telling them they were going to fun the amt he wanted for the film and then pulling the plug on the agreed budget.

This film could have been a great one...C+...Sobs on the potential.. Chris got in such good shape

for this one too.
